Registration, rooms and kitchen for ministry retreats

Ogen Events is an app for ministries, churches and faith-based organizations that host retreats, seminars and conferences. It keeps registration, room and bed matching, the kitchen, your team and payments in one place, so your volunteers spend their time on people instead of spreadsheets.

What it does

• Registration. Guests choose an option, register and pay online. Rooms and beds are matched for you.
• Kitchen. Allergies, special diets and access needs go straight to the kitchen lead, with a menu, shopping list and receipts.
• Schedule and event day. Sessions, breakouts, check-in and live questions for the day itself.
• Team roles. Owner, Registrar, Kitchen lead and Volunteer each see only what they need. Private details stay private.
• Payments. Guests pay by card on a secure page and the money goes straight to your ministry's own account. Ogen Events never holds your funds and takes no cut.
• Community board. List your event on the Ogen Events board so people looking for retreats can find it.
• Feedback. Gather guest feedback during and after the event.

Plans

• Starter, $55 a month: 1 active event and 150 registrations per year.
• Growth, $150 a month: 4 active events and 750 registrations per year.
• Ministry Pro, $450 a month: for larger ministries, with many active events and 5,000 registrations per year.
• Advertise only: list an event on the community board from $49 and send people to your own registration page.

Who it is for

Women's retreats, men's retreats, youth camps, couples' weekends, church conferences, prayer gatherings and ministry seminars, from a small group to several hundred guests.
